Join Scooter's Pack and Support Reading Programs for Children

Scooter signs a copy of "Miracle Dogs -
Adventures on Wheels" by Sandy Johnson
Our friends TJ Jordi and Scooter contacted us recently with their plans to hit the road in 2015 visiting libraries throughout Tennessee as part of the "Every Hero Has a Story" reading program.

Scooter and TJ are fundraising in the hopes of purchasing a reliable vehicle capable of transporting them on their mission.

We have signed on to support this inspirational duo and hope that you will join us in contributing to their fundraising effort here

Scooter is a 4-year old paralyzed Border Collie
that uses a Walkin' Wheels dog wheelchair

Scooter has received an award from the Greater Nashville Regional Council for "Community Inspiration" (the first dog to receive any award in their 47 year history). Scooter's pawtograph has been affixed to a government resolution (the first in Tennessee history). He has been featured in multiple news broadcasts, served as the Grand Marshall of the local Special Olympics parade, appeared in Everydog Magazine (Fall 2014 edition), and has his own chapter in the book "Miracle Dogs - Adventures on Wheels" (2014).
